My monitor resolution is 1680 x 1050 and the image that I'm viewing is 1671 x 996 . The image in question is from Magika no Kenshi to Shoukan Maou.
When ever look at the image it can't decide if it wants to upscale or downscale causing it to rapidly flash between the two. It gives me an extreme headache and I wish this problem would be looked into.
