In an earlier chapter when they were establishing Dark Moon and its relationship to Tsukigomori, they mentioned that the original actor for Katsuki had already passed away. They even said that you could tell how popular he was by how many people went to his funeral. Only 5-10 chapters later they started mentioning Hozu Shuuhei as a person that was still alive.
Just a little forgotten detail that the author probably changed her mind about very soon after that chapter was published.
