The back up stunt men were just amazing as Kyoko. Martial arts have dances or formations that students memorize to be familiar with moves. They could use these moves foe performances. That's why the crew came up with choreography immediately because they have many of them stored up since they perform in showbiz. I think why Kyoko was able to counter their moves was they caught up which style or sequence she's taking those from. They know which moves to use on a newbie like Kyoko chan. Kyoko chan is right, acknowledge the other performers too.
