I think he might be intoxicated and/or pretty mad. Look at this post, which is shortly followed by this post. Normally you'd expect someone to edit in an @ hazzack into the original "No." post, but instead he makes an entirely new post to say the same thing, just this time with an @. Additionally, it looks like mods aren't restrained by the "one post every 2 minutes" rule, judging by the timestamps.
