@Komathi because he is the only one who is technically "alive" . His sister is vegetable in another world and both parents are dead. So if he is in this world where all 4 are alive and healthy, three people of them are "dead" in another world and he came from there. Understood ?

Thanks a lot for the translation! I absolutely loved the writing that he was the one who didn't belong, but I don't understand why he gave up on that world. I mean, in that world he had his whole family alive and well, why give that up? Was it because he got obsessed with which world was "real"? If so, it was a very stupid thing to get hung up on, reality is completely subjective. Maybe he didn't want to take the place of a happy and healhty him in another world, but it never said that he was taking anothers place. Maybe he just decided that his soul wasn't worth the life he always said he wanted, but that is completely inconsistent with his character. I have no idea. The devil proposed a perfect solution for both of them and I don't know why he isn't taking it.

Ok here's another thing. He "won" this game by correctly guessing himself. So what will his reward be? He gets to make a wish now, did he just wish to go back to the hell that he was living in before?
