Rock hard chocolate....hhhhmmmm, she might have forgotten the fat, like butter, lard or vegetable oil. I do remember that fat is needed if you want chocolate to be just soft enough to eat it directly. In my country, we use that kind of chocolate for hot chocolate or making champorado (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Champorado)
