these day its hard to load the page, sometime its just keep spinning, sometime I got red error bar or sometime the picture are half loaded

Its the COVID slowdown. 1/3rd of the hamsters that power the internet and keep the stuff flowing thru the tubes were in Wuhan China for CNY. Another 1/3rd of them were in Italy. Well the Vatican atleast. Wanted a blessing.

@momotarox serious question though is your loading speed/internet connection when browsing overseas-servers website ok? How about local websites or those with servers in your country/area? Or are they slow too? Or is mangadex the only exception, and none other websites having any problems?

And it's true for my country that since more people are staying at home due to COVID and browsing the internet, the speed has been pretty crap, not even kidding in about 2 hours I won't be able to read any manga on MD, browsing the forums, maybe, posting comments, ehh, but loading images? Nah.

Yup MD is really slow right now. None of the images are loading, heck going into settings takes time. I hope it will fix itself soon.

@Yatsuki only on mangadex, other website are normal and have no problem with internet. on mangadex, only when I trying to open the old chapter. the website itself wasn't slowed down

@momotarox Ah ok, so if it's just the old chapters, then it's very different from what you said in the original/first post. I also found that after the temporary down and domain change, old chapters tend to load slower than newer chapters, not to mention the website has been overloading (? the whole 502 error message). So you probably get the shorter end of the stick compare to some others when it comes to connection to MD. For now let's just wait until the website stabilize and/or a mod thinking this is an actual problem and reply to you.

nah just use bsd , it's faster since it's the base of internet ...

i've never had any loading issues so far , the only time i get 502 or broken load is when after maintenance (usually admin's misconfiguration) or my ping spiked .
