Holy cow, Shirayuki, you explained Kiki's situation in several words better that me in my unstoppable rant in comments...
It never ceases to amaze me how those people treat everything related to royalty almost like a divine miracle. And I was under impression that royalty and nobility in general in Clarines is much more open and "down-to-earth" than it was in reality. Especially given that they stay in the same inns and dine in the same taverns.
But I want more Yuzuri... Please, don't make her to stay in the back like this, only adding some greetings and words here and there. =_=
Damn, this manga is REALLY slow. Both in storytelling and the flow of events. It was almost four years since Lyrias incident happened already and they still going on about it!

But I must say, I really want some adventures from the first chapters back. This stagnation is pure suffering.

No. Just no. She was a good episodic character... but she WAS an episodic character. Bringing her back would turn this into a completely different type of story.
But I must say, I really want some adventures from the first chapters back. This stagnation is pure suffering.

It's not really everything related to royalty, it's the king. The king is the single individual who is totally out there in an absolute monarchy. A prince deserves some respect because he might become a king and because he might have the king's ear. Looking back at this series, it's not like people would have felt like the ground quaked when Zen walked past. Zen knows that himself, which is why he's going here and then in quote low profile.
