Part of me feels like Mizukami does a little bit too much worldbuilding for his own good in this manga, but I'll still eat it all up like a ravenous animal.
I think Mizukami's one of the very few shounen authors who bother with worldbuilding. Everyone else just goes straight in mindless action or fanservice.
