Sort by average views per chapter

The current sort by views is based on the total amount of views per title, which means:

- it's unfair for titles with few but long chapters
- it's unfair for newer titles
- it favors longrunning titles
- it favors titles with short but frequent chapters

Maybe you can add sort by average views per chapter for an alternative

Why do i bother *Nuuuuu*
Also people maybe just maybe want to find longrunning titles that are uploaded frequently. It being based on title views is also rather reasonable.
