Sorting for new In English In Follows

Hello There

Hope every one is doing fine

my questions is there a Sorting for new In English In Follows in the Manga tap that show thumbnails or cover page for the manga
because when it says there is an update in it and than i enter the manga and there is no update in English but in a other langue .

How sort by English only in the Manga tap in Follows ?

P.S : i know about the Latest update in English but i want to the cover page to know where am i :)
