Soukon no Shoujo to Sourei no Tabi - Vol. 2 Ch. 6 - Drifting Whirlwind

She's using the tools of her parents. Rather than being a noob, it looks more like she's never considered becoming better than what she learned to do.

A hachet like that would never have the range to keep the user safe.

This artist clearly didn't do the most basic of research on bows, huh. I can forgive the "rope arrow" trope, it's ridiculous but I can let suspension of disbelief handle it. I can forgive that atrocious bow design too, I also play video games. But how the fuck was she gripping it? Was she just holding it in her palm? The bow was way too think for that. Was she using just her fingers and palm? If so, how the fuck did she manage to draw it?

So, we've had funeral rites by land, sea, and air. All that's left is underground maybe?

I hope she won't be a condescending rival, but an excellent teacher instead. This is not a manga for Gary Oak-type conflicts.

there was a way to do it without getting splattered in goo all along but nobody had the heart to tell mc

@gronkle calm down, mate. Most, if not all, artists/authors don't research shit about what they use. You shouldn't expect much from Japan.
