Well, at least the veteran mercenary doesn't take shit from his employer. Asking 5 mercs to take full controls of a village with 3x-4x more people than said mercenaries and, on top of that, said villagers are, for the most part, stronger in strength and speed than the mercs is a pretty bad move. That's like sending 5 dogs to controls a couple dozen wild bulls. Not a good idea nor planning.
