Probably because they have an established relationship before the switch, but also just because the author is really really good at this, the love feels so natural. I can feel Yu Qi's affection spilling over, and it's warm, and not all fidgety and horny like school romance comics usually be.

I'm just saying it's a nice change of pace to get away from all the usual embarrassment. I don't dislike the usual stuff, but when they all have the same tone it gets repetitive fast.

I'm starting to get worried that Yu Qi's enthusiasm is going a little overboard, she might end up scaring Yuanzi away somehow.
Not sure how I would handle it if I was in her shoes tho... She has to stop her from developing her condition and that's hard to do while keeping your distance...
