Sousou no Frieren - Vol. 1 Ch. 7 - The Land Where Souls Rest

I remember SotiCoto now!

I vaguely recall seeing him in the comments of some other manga I was a fan of, being all... what, psuedo-edgy teen, like them 30-something year olds who read too much old, classic literature and think they're more educated because of it and thus can't not shove their unasked for opinions into everyone's faces? Yeah, one of those guys.

Agreed if we just tried recreate the past of hopelessness wouldn’t we never advance? And humans need some kind of belief it’s why religions existed in the desperate times of old. As we continue on into the future we will be able to rely on each other more and more for hope. So let’s all agree @soticoto is an edge lord

Dwarf: I’m at an age where I can no longer wield my axe now
Also dwarf: lifts a large Boulder more than twice his size without problems

Damn, the emotional impact when you notice the differences between the size of the arm (muscles) of the Eisen (the dwarf) back then (when he prayed to the graves) and now that he's older is strong. It was well illustrated by the artist!

at least 1000 years old
and so far we havent seen any other elf
maybe there ant any other elfs only her, and all who think there is are just remembering storys about frieren

@Rukja Yeah Im starting to think elves are way more rare than other fantasy stories. I think elves usually have a lifespan of ~500 years in most fantasy so I think it makes sense that if shes going to be properly immortal that her race is proportionately more rare.
