It can't be her since just a few pages prior we saw a scene from her past with him saving her from demons, thus in the North, and he was also older in that scene while she was still a kid. Their age don't match, and she doesn't have the correct hair color. Then there's also how her grandfather is a first class mage (like she said in this chapter). That doesn't seem to fit with the commoner family the guy was talking about who left to the Central Countries.
