As of chapter 22, this is one of, if not the most disappointing mangas I ever wasted time reading. Up until then, it was a very enjoyable read. I particularly liked the wife.

If I wanna see yaoi sex acts, I'll go read some yaoi hentai. If I wanna read about some dude who cheats on his wife right after she gives birth, I'll seek out some appropriate hentai. But, as realistic as the scenario depicted in chapter 22 may be, it just seemed out of place in this series. Definitely not what I signed up for.
