First off, didn't he die from the giant monster? If that was his second death, it doesn't explain why there is only one card missing and he acts surprised he reincarnated. So did he die from the monster from chapter 1 or from the oil explosion?
Secondly, in chapter 1 it says 3rd day after Doomsday. Why do they make it seem as doomsday has been there way longer than 3 days?
