I have read a lot of weird manga's in the past few days, so need some good manga to have some fun! Slice of life, comedy, action, anything is fine until the story is good (and a lot better if it's completed)

Voinichi hotel. Pretty funny, good characters and an Nice history.
Akatsuki no yona If you want some romance with a good history.
Hinamatsuri If you want a great Alice of life.
Houseki no kuni If want some great history with great drama.
For action... Uh idk i rarely read manga looking for action idk read Jojo's or Berserk.
If you are looking for some terror i recomend Sweet home or bastard

There's already lots recommended here that I would second (esp. Franken Fran, Witch Hat, and Ponko), so some of these are going to be obscure.

Samenai Machi no Kissaten - Melancholc, but relaxing SoL. Has food if you're into that.

Tsuiraku JK to Haijin Kyoushi - The only shoujo manga I can stand to read. Has clichés as expected, but it's broken up by refreshing comedic moments.

Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou - Not the first gag manga in a high-school setting, but I'll be damned if it isn't one of the funniest. A classic that probably influenced many like it.

Yamako and Wolf - Charming story about a girl who meets a wolf on the way home from school. Short and sweet.

Jumyou wo Kaitotte Moratta. Ichinen ni Tsuki, Ichimanen de. - Drama that ponders questions about the value of one's life, and how it relates to the lives of others. A bit on the heavy side, but for good reason.

Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou - A tale of two girls and their journey through a surreal postwar landscape. Sometimes comfy, sometimes sad, always fascinating.

if you want something more serious and must read check out
Music of Marie and Haruka na Machi e they're pretty short, Urusawa Naoki and FKMT is also a good artist where you should read all their stuff, you could start with Pluto and Gin to Kin
Otoyomegatari, 14-sai no Koi and 3-Gatsu no Lion is another top tier series to follow
Some romance to check out Fujiyama-san wa Shishunki, Cross Game, Sensei wa Koi wo Oshierarenai
Some Yuri to check out Otome no Teikoku, Yagate Kimi ni Naru, Kaketa Tsuki to Doughnut
Some absolute classic to check out Ashita no Joe, Lone Wolf and Cub, Rurouni Kenshin, Hikaru no Go
Shimanami Tasogare is a really good manga about LGBT that I just finished reading
and lastly Hakumei to Mikochi, Somali to Mori, Ookami to Koushinryou
