This is the most blatant self-insert fantasy I've ever seen. The author definitely wants to fuck his friend's little sister (fucking pedo) but he can't because he's got no balls, no game, and will definitely get his ass beaten if he even tried. The fact that the story doesn't even take a second to acknowledge that the dude admitted over a phone call to be raping a child in her own home, left literal puddles of DNA evidence at the scene, and then just walked away as if nothing happened is even further proof that the world would be better off if the author was euthanized.
