This sounds more like something you'd ask for in a manga recommendation as opposed to a tag you'd use to specify the themes/tropes of a manga. I checked bakaupdates, and "Teasing Characters" does currently have 309 titles though.

However, regardless of what I say, I think it's unlikely that this will be added.
