@Nanandewdrops I don't really think they wanted to execute her - they had to because she represented the government they were trying to overthrow, and keeping her alive would only sow dissent and possibly bolster loyalists.

I don't think they liked or cared for her very much, but they probably didn't necessarily execute her out of revenge or hatred.

@NamelessSoldier they hated her guts on a personal level. You are correct that that wasn't the reason they executed her, their personal hatred for her made it easier to pass the sentence.

For that dumbass route of ending,
he KILLED everyone who was told to be a bad noble,
he DIDN'T have a single friend or family,
he DIED of old age,
he LOVED no one and NO ONE loved him.
People always asked him to spare Mia, but he never spared her life.
The manga portraited the guillotine that killed Mia but it was just him all alone.
When he was about to die of old age, he asked himself where did he go wrong? Did he go wrong the moment he killed Mia?
