If Fah's BF is aiming to be a Doctor then it's no wonder Fah is doing all this to let him keep studying. That's one of the hardest things to learn, can't really juggle a family, especially if he feels he is doing her and the kid wrong and drops out. Still, I have a bad feeling that what she is doing will push him away and make his feelings go cold which results in him not accepting her and the baby.
