@Melvin It is, in a way i understand that the mind has its own mechanics and strengths but saying that the chemicals of the body don't have an effect on the mind would be dumb, so we have here which may ( we still don't know all the story ) the brain of a boy in the body of a girl and the author is handling the this quite well, and even more impressive without losing the gag aspect.

Regarding Kiruko's male brain in the female body, we have some useful clues from today from people who have transitioned. There are a ton of first-hand accounts.
