@Purplelibraryguy Same idea - the Scots aren't the only ones with recipes that involve mixing offal, meat and spices then stuffing it into an animal's stomach to cook. In this case, there's no offal involved, but different cuts of meat with it's own fat.

On page 6, the sister she is referring to is her sister, Pema's mother, not Pema's sister, so using "your sister" is not accurate. Just use "sister" is enough.
