Web version is always censored. I surpassed the released version, so I can only translate the web version now. For uncensored version you need to buy the manga (which is really good because you can support the mangaka as well)
The 4th volume just got released a few days ago.
As for uploading, it sometimes consists more edits and the size is also different so I’d need to entirely edit the pages again
