What if it has a massive twist ending where everybody just becomes 1 big harem/orgy mixture. Or maybe Yuri gets a penis (full male or Futanari) and impregnates Hina. Threesome with prez and another (likely Yuri or Kyousuke) could be interesting as well.

But if the usual continues, Hina will either revert back to male, end up with Prez (male form), or Kyousuke. Yuri route is less likely, but not impossible. And there always is a chance for someone out of left field who shows up for the last few chapters. Even the possibility of no resolution and leaving things open ended isn't unthinkable either. Hell he could even be killed for some apparent reason (like secret government research experiment silencing or something) since the reasons behind this entire gender switching drug / pandemic plot point are still fairly vague.

I just hope it is not left open ended and / or poorly done.

The deus ex machina of a plot has genderbent plenty of characters. It has no reason not to genderbend this girl besides for a forced "yuri ending".

From what has been shown so far, only the people that subconsciously aren't okay with their current gender can change, Yurina loves a girl but she's comfortable as a girl herself, that's why she didn't change.

I think the most likely ending at this point is that fox doctor to give them yuri preg once Hinata stops lying to herself and accepts herself.

Bringing up the "I want to have a child" plot, seems like it's going towards Yurina either becoming male or getting the penis. Because I don't see Hinata reverting back, not after all this development of accepting herself as a girl.

I love how this manga gave the "lol just gb everyone " plot in the opening only to troll everyone and yell "TRANS RIGHTS" really loudly. And yeah, Yurina never changed because the pandemic only affects the people who weren't happy with their body.
