so im pretty sure previous translations mistranslated demigod as demigods and it confused alot of people but its just the one individual Demigod

He's technically got the raw power of a 7-star from the frozen river, but he still is working on controlling it enough to actually be able to use that power effectively. In other words, technically 7-star but really upper 6-star.
