A real badass that Mizushima is. And the protagonist isn't too far off for a normal guy, especially with how much his character has developed already up to this point.
It sucks that it had to end this way with Kamisawa. It's absolutely fucked up of him to do this to the apartment complex, but I can see how his misery and desperation could bring him to this point.
