As someone who speaks portuguese, I might be wrong, but the Spanish name for the chamomile with honey is literally chamomile with honey. It is like saying something like: "This is a dog, or as they call it in portuguese, um cachorro, which means 'a dog'."
I know that some people actually talk like this, but it was so weird to read.
