I don't get it why Yang clan also choose to retrieve Jayang, arrogant and has a chance to backstab more than Lyon. Lyon has far better attitude, easier to manipulate and obedient enough, with a little push and negotiation for example using the bodyguard (if they smart enough that Lyon interested in him) i bet she can even give the throne in exchange for her happiness.

Im sure 100% Dowun doesn't even know about this, damn Dowun you're supposed to be smart...

What? I'm so confused, isnt fl still gettin married to him and already she's giving them the throne. She's still obedient, I dont get why they'd replace her. Also the other princess seems like if she got the throne and dowun she'd just say see you later. She seems like the least obedient person, she even tried to manipulate the king when she was young.

So this explains why Dowun's father was so eager to have Dowun and Hong Lyon marry as soon as possible. He wanted to secure his son's position before disposing of Hong Lyon and replacing her with Jayang. I don't think Dowun is in on this plan though. I think his father sees his own son as a liability and wants to reign him in. Dogyeol's motivations are still unclear though because he doesn't gain anything by telling Hong Lyon that her wedding date had been pushed up if he's working against her.

Either way, this is definitely going down tragedy territory for our leads.
