Ok, I have a conclusion: I don't understand at all their true ranks/titles, upbringing and situation.
Edit: So her mom is dead or not? This woman looks like her mom I guess but the servats said something different and how on earth if she's a princess dauther from another princess (sis of a prince) who married another prince can be considered lowly/trash (who on earth calls a baby 'trash' btw?)

The princess is the mother.
So the princess's mother is the one who used to be a maid or whatever. And she is dead.
The princess is unwanted and the consort reigns supreme.
