This girl is the worst of them all. She was the one who warned Adonis about the witches wanting to use Chloe, sabotaging their attempt to resist humanity. Then she tries to pull a ridiculous talk-no-jutsu, which is a load of bullshit. Using love magic tantamount to brainwashing isn't dialogue or understanding. It's domination. She preaches peace, but uses force.

I don’t get this story according to the early chapters Adonis could use his magic to make anything he could imagine. So he could just make another tree of life and resurrect any witch he can remember. So why is everyone acting like witches are gone forever?

Also this power of friendship bullshit is really tired. Like holy shit how many times do they need to genocide your people before you stop acting like a beta bitch.

The witches were betraying him. They only brought him there to use him so that they could then use Chloe. Did he go too far in having the humans lead there and getting the witches slaughtered? Probably. But he wasn't getting away from them without a fight anyway.

So I noticed this, but what is up with Japan and pushing “forgiveness” as the right thing in a lot of their works where the badguy is beyond redemption? You’ll have stuff like the Yakuza series trying to get you to forgive actual child traffickers, and you’ll have a myriad of works in the manga/ anime medium that would push that actual serial killers and genocidal maniacs should be forgiven for their actions. Is it just like a cultural thing? Cause Americans will be hellbent on seeing a crook get their just desserts, and be dissatisfied if they don’t. Is there some reason for this huge difference?
