The language filter is stuck

Similar to the hentai togle issue, if I try to remove the Language filter I set earlier, it just resets back to it staying on. Now I know it can be fixed by deleting my cookies, but that'll get annoying fast everytime I need to update a setting.

Clearing cookies is supposed to be done once. Does the problem persist after you cleared the cookies for mangadex.org?

Well the problem fixes itself, but then once i turn on the setting again, it falls into the same glitch
