The NPCs in this Village Sim Game Must Be Real! - Vol. 1 Ch. 5.1

What if we all live in a version of this game and the player is already dead, which is why we can't seem to communicate with gods or receive miracles.

I don't trust a medicine that you can both drink and rub in your wounds.

Did you guys ever play the first Homeworld game, after reading the backstory in the manual?

Do you remember the mission, Return to Kharak?

I replayed that damn mission, over and over again, until I saved every cryotray.

During Homeworld: Cataclysm, the Taidan convoy missions, that first audio of them being subverted, replayed the mission over and over until I saved every single one.

wow this series is really unique and interesting, hope to see more in action. Thanks team for the release.

@SunSun Any tips for Homeworld? I like the game enough, but the mechanic of having your fleet and resources carry over between mission stress me out so much that I stop playing. After every battle, I would spend half an hour digging up every gold I can find, it stop being fun.

Damn, I'm way more invested in this than I feel I ought to me.

The only thing that nags on me a bit is how desperate hes gotten over this game. By all accounts he truly believes it's just a game. Whether or not it really is, is obviously another story, but it's what he believes even if he feels like they're way too lifelike. Maybe it's a hook based on his lifestyle? I feel like I would be bummed if I failed the game and characters died, but I wouldn't be rushing to pawn all my stuff to keep them alive and well.

Maybe I shouldn't read too much into it. But I'd love for there to be a concrete reason for him to continue to engross himself in this "game".

Is it a vector for him to protect someone in lieu of his sister whom he technically abandoned (kind of justifiably, hopefully she ran too) in his past?
