@esequiel it has an english translation up to ch 61 currently, just not on mangadex. (Sorry I haven't combed through the rules for mdex, is posting links to other manga sites allowed?)
Unfortunately the translation quality of the chapters I've found does drop noticeably around ch 40 somewhere though. They seem to be literal translations so it's hard to follow along unless you understand sayings, proverbs, etc. - I for one does not, so it's really hard for me to understand some parts of those later chapters. (For example "Because blowing sting", "Someone has let go of my pigeons", or "You can open your shoulder at any time".)
So if you happen upon a less literal translation please let me know! <3
