I'm pretty sure at that level of sleep deprivation her productivity's low enough due to incoherence that she'd actually have an easier time meeting her workload if she slept more. There's a bit of truth to the "less sleep = more work time = more work" idea, but the usefulness of that work time starts dropping real fast.
