The problem with letting scanlators delete their stuff....

I have completely lost my place on all the mangas that had their chapters deleted by the diaper scanlators. While I was looking around this site in the hopes of finding what was lost, I noticed the fineprint-esque chapters read thing.... why do we have to do this manually if you're already highlighting the chapters I've seen? The main reason I ever started using mangadex was to keep track of all the mangas easily, little did I know you had to do that one extra unnecessary step.

@Popesmear The progress tracker number automatically increases the number if you read the chapter 1 above the number you have set. So if you set it to chapter 50, read 51, the progress tracker number will update to 51.

@Plykiya from personal experience, it has a tendency to UNMARK read chapters if you haven't touched them for a really long time. say, like 6 months, and you'd see them as unread. it only stays read when you mark it as completed

@Wolvenworks The system doesn't unmark anything automatically. Always as a result of user action.
