@endo54 That's what I suspect too. The body is the heroin but the soul might be the first Raeliana before the mc. Maybe she was isekai'd before the mc and knew that she would die (or wanted to be with Noah) so she used black magic to swap her soul with the heroin. However, mc soul got into Raeliana body and changed the story, so she tried to kill mc to get everything back.

When I was reading the raw, I was convinced that he felt something romantic from her, but instead got a bad a feeling when I read it translated.
