@JWChibi because she's in power. what are the peasants going to rebel because they think she killed her sister? what do they care about the business of nobles? what would they get out of questioning the reigning monarch? historically accusing people in power of a crime, especially crimes they're guilty of, is an excellent way of getting yourself killed
