Dont' know you're hating on the mc too, it's not like he never confessed or anything, he still likes his ex but he can't force his way.

Usami on the other hand can't make up her mind and get together with him, and instead is lying to him and can't give an answer to the thief friend. The problem here is clearly her because she can't make a damn decision nor trust anybody.
