The Story of a Losing Heroine Doing Her Best to Win! - Ch. 5

Wow that mom is a fucking ass;
Regardless of motives that's the kids life you're burning, it's his right to be able to embrace his past, or at least have the choice to do so - those possessions mightve even sparked some flickers of his lost memories; just put them in a box and tell him about it when hes older -- you basically killed the kid he was until that point.

Also I'm not really sure which Girl to root for anymore, I was way in the FMC's corner but now its clear that she (mostly unintentionally) destroyed and stole an important relationship for the guy and the other girl - one more intimate than her own relationship with the guy.

Drama and Tragedy abound, definitely darker than the other stuff I've seen by this author.

Honestly, this is a more interesting love triangle dynamic than most manga, not gonna lie

Oba-chan is real shit. Any half-decent parent won't do that. Feels unrealistic. Like, like author made it this way for the sake of the outcome. Lame.

@StaK Can't really blame Juri for that. She was just a kid when it all happened. Hell, from what you said about the parents, it's probably their fault for not letting him reconnect with the other girl.

The real villain is Souta's mother. There's misguided well-meaning parental actions, and then there's whatever the fuck this is.

Wow this got pointlessly convoluted and melodramatic quickly...

And yeah, that mom is fucked up. Nothing about her actions makes sense.
