Maybe mc also had similar powers/blessing in his human life but in the end he died unlike her and was turned into an undead. Because of his blessing he turn into a undead with a conscience.
Given the symptoms, I'm pretty certain that "End" had the same condition as Senri. But since Necromancers only see the living as physical material, they'd never notice anything of the kind.
