It should. Especially if she make an anti material rifle for the purpose.
Not to mention that cause of the extra strenght coming from her blood magic, and the fact that her weapons are somehow magical on their own, made by the earth gnomes and not by standard procedures, allow her to use ammunitions that would make an adult soldier fly backward for the recoil or destroy the weapon.

and he just put any isekai things into the story, like dragons, adventure and other dangerous things
