I believe that Ran sees Lachia as Lachia and Yustav as the owner. She's not attached to the place but only to him.
On the other hand, Yustav thinks of Lachia as an integral part of his identity, and Ran saying she doesn't like it is the same as her saying she doesn't like him.
I love Ran being oblivious and honest but still managing to throw Yustav off-kilter
