Wait, why is Suzune depressed here? It seems like she's sad she didn't know, but Isn't he referring to the conversation in ch8 where she was hiding and watching them?
Why do manga characters never know anything about discrimination?
I mean have they never heard of Nazis? I want a fantasy isekai about
a black person unsurprised about racism
I feel like the author must be a pretty naive person if the training seen in the chapter is supposed to be so gruesome students from far and wide flock to witness it and be aghast.
@unmellow Nazis? The isekaied people are obviously Japanese in manga. The Japanese youth are hardly taught anything about their own WW2 history. I can't imagine they are taught more than a line or two about Europe of the time. The imperial Japanese were masters of racism by their own right back then, but it has been all made forgotten by the decisions of the Japanese governments ever since. That being said, it's impossible they wouldn't know about racism in the world, even if they are Japanese. It's entirely possible they have never witnessed it firsthand, though. Nice triple posting, btw!
@Kaarme thanks! it's hard work posting in the messiest way possible!
but yeah maybe i am a little biased living in The USA hearing a new story
every other day
