Okay, so from what I am seeing so far, the ML from the novel (Yan I believe ? I can't remember the names) will follow his uncle, take over the whole continent and be the emperor, just so the ML will be able to rest (and not be the emperor anymore. He would open a shop as he said few chapters ago and will live happily and burden free).
I think that's the way this story is taking.

It's kinda Being obvious, but I hope we will be surprised (and even if we don't, the story is well drawn and written, so it's ok lol)
