Aqua is the biggest asshole this series has ever seen (so far). Not only is he willing to mow down on a high school kid who represents absolutely no threat to him or anyone that doesn't attack him, he is going to pat himself on the back while doing it.

@YamiryuuZero how is that being an asshole Acqua was a mercanary he takes his job seriously, he doesn't have that ego like Accelerator and Fiamma had he's just doing what was ordered and in the end we figure out it was Fiamma all alone, so what if someones an enemy even I would be like Aqcua especially when Touma has made a name for himself, he doesn't believe he's a good or bad guy stop making him look bad, him being straightforward with no tricks or backstabbing and even going to give Touma 1 day saying cutting his hand without anesthetic will be hard and admiring his bravery proves he is different than those assholes Touma has faced like Vento he is after Touma but he says give me your arm and I'll spare you...... Also it's Aqcua not Aqua

Well, Acqua is, in his mind, trying to save he world of a teenager with a ungodly power in is right arm and definitely not enough good sense to use it properly. So, for the sake of the world, he wants to remove it.

That is quite a @ssholish thing to do, but atleast he is not a villain for the sake of having a baddie oposing the hero. He has a point .. how good of a point he has and how justified is his point for the actions he is taking is a entirely other discussion :/
