Why does everyone wear some kind of armor EXCEPT the female captain?

Oh wait, it is a Japanese manga... how could I expect the female knight to actually wear ANY armor even if it was just a shoulder protector or a gauntlet for defense...

@Talh - I mean, for one this is obviously an ecchi comedy. But even serious stories, even those based in reality with women being soldiers/knights, the majority never wear the same amount as men. But as I said, in this case it's for obvious fan service and a comedy soooo.

@Talh, @Akemua & @jak: Actually, I suspect that she's simply out of her armor because she doesn't need to wear it while overseeing the training of rookies, and what she's currently wearing is the equivalent of a modern junior/field officer's formal dress/service/mess uniform (as opposed to a combat uniform).
