Total Chapter number corresponding to "Available chapters"

Just noticed this but apparently the Total Chapters number counts both available and unavailable chapters, which might be confusing to new readers who wonders why is there 7 chapters but the count is 14. If possible, I suggest syncing this number to the "Show unavailable chapters" setting, that is, the numbers will add up if you choose to show all chapters, else it'll only count the "available chapters".
